As a DoTerra Essential Oils Wellness Advocate, Plant Based Chef, Health Coach and Yoga Instructor, Carol creates customized programs targeted towards specific health concerns and goals using diet, essential oils, supplements and stress management techniques. The results oriented approach improves sleep; increases energy; creates more positive moods and an overall better quality of life.  

A graduate of The Natural Gourmet Institute and The Institute of Integrative Nutrition as well as a Registered Yoga Instructor, Carol brings over fifteen years of experience across the wellness and culinary arena to her private client work.  She has worked as a private chef for international celebrities; people healing from late stage cancer; yoga retreat participants; politicians; at risk youth; and everyday folk hosting dinner parties.
