Build on Your Strengths
After you complete the iTHRIVE health and lifestyle survey, your answers will be fed into our proprietary mathematical formula which determines your level of strength within each of the five areas of wellness. You will then receive your Strengths Report which is generated from the total scores within each of the five lifestyle areas of the survey.
Customize Your Action Plan
Answers to the iTHRIVE health and lifestyle survey determine a cancer survivor's ability, experience and knowledge of the five areas of wellness. The answers in each category generate five recommended Action Steps at a beginner, intermediate or advanced level. Survivors pick two at a time. They can choose to focus on diet and movement one week and then stress management or environment the next. If the initial recommendation is not of interest, there will be more choices available.
Reduce Cancer Risk One Day at a Time
Each Action Step features five daily tasks that will help you build a new healthy lifestyle habit. You will receive daily reminders to visit your iTHRIVE Plan and work on that day’s activity. If you get part way through an Action Step and don't like it anymore, that Action Step can be trashed and another one chosen.
