People diagnosed with cancer are highly motivated, and yet they sometimes struggle with making key lifestyle changes that can help them heal from treatment, reduce risk of recurrence, and achieve optimal wellness. Listen in to find out how Dr. Fogg's behavioral modification strategies might be life-changing for you.
Dr. BJ Fogg directs the Behavior Design Lab at Stanford. An experimental psychologist, Fogg has created breakthrough methods for changing human behavior.
